Reach out to just the right group of volunteers with ease
Email all your volunteers, ones on a particular mailing list, or create a list on the fly:
Each branch / department can email all of their own volunteers or any group of them
The umbrella administrator can email all of the volunteers across all branches / departments or any group of them
Emails go out personally addressed (e.g. Dear Sasha, Dear Paul)
Volunteers do not see the names of other volunteers on the recipient list, but the administrator gets a copy of the email and a list of the volunteers is was sent to
All replies go to the administrator who sent the message
