Web Access for Volunteers
Volunteers can access their profiles and sign up for activities online 24/7.
Customized to fit your needs:
- Provide us with a graphic banner for each branch / department and we will place it at the top of pages that are accessed by your volunteers
- Control how each custom field functions in the volunteers' web access
- Volunteers cannot see that field exists, or
- Volunteers can see the information you have but not change it, or
- Volunteers can change the information in this field but you have to verify each change they make, or
- Volunteers can edit the information in this field without verification.
Volunteers can:
- Update their profiles (within the limitations set by you)
- Log their own hours and see reports on their own hours (You have the option of verifying the hours of selected volunteers or all volunteers.)
- Record outcomes related to their volunteer shift (e.g. planted 325 trees)
- Sign up to help and indicate their availability and interests
- Confirm and check back on their schedule at any time
- Twitter their friends about volunteering and include a link into your volunteer application form
